These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Taxi Titan (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and any taxi operator, private hire operator, minicab company, transport provider, fleet owner, or dispatch company (“Operator”, “you”, or “your”) using our lead generation, dispatch, booking, advertising, or partnership services.
By accepting bookings, leads, or using Taxi Titan services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of Service
Taxi Titan acts as a:
- Booking partner
- Lead generation platform
- Advertising and marketing provider
- Customer acquisition intermediary
- Dispatch coordination service
Taxi Titan may forward passenger bookings to Operators through:
- Phone calls
- Web bookings
- Apps
- APIs
- Dispatch systems
- Messaging platforms
- Email or manual dispatch
Taxi Titan does not guarantee booking volumes, revenues, or profits.
2. Operator Responsibilities
The Operator agrees to:
- Hold all required operator licences, permits, insurance, and registrations
- Comply with all applicable local authority and transport regulations
- Ensure all drivers and vehicles are legally licensed
- Maintain safe, roadworthy, and insured vehicles
- Provide professional customer service
- Handle bookings responsibly and lawfully
The Operator remains fully responsible for:
- Drivers
- Vehicles
- Passenger safety
- Regulatory compliance
- Pricing legality
- Complaints arising during journeys
3. Independent Relationship
Nothing in this Agreement creates:
- Employment
- Agency
- Partnership
- Joint venture
- Franchise relationship
Operators act as independent businesses.
4. Booking Allocation
Taxi Titan may:
- Allocate bookings at its discretion
- Prioritize certain operators based on availability, performance, customer feedback, geography, pricing, or reliability
- Refuse or remove access to bookings without notice
Taxi Titan is not obligated to provide a minimum number of jobs.
5. Payments & Charges
Depending on the agreement between Taxi Titan and the Operator, bookings may involve:
- Commission structures
- Fixed booking fees
- Markups
- Revenue sharing
- Processing charges
Operators agree to pay all agreed fees on time.
Failure to pay may result in:
- Suspension
- Withheld bookings
- Legal recovery action
- Termination of partnership
6. Customer Payments
Where Taxi Titan processes customer payments:
- Taxi Titan may deduct agreed fees before remitting balances
- Payment timelines may vary depending on processors, fraud checks, disputes, or banking delays
Operators must not:
- Double charge passengers
- Circumvent agreed payment systems
- Misrepresent fares
7. Cancellations & No Shows
Operators are responsible for:
- Informing Taxi Titan of delays or cancellations immediately
- Managing no-show procedures professionally
- Cooperating with refund investigations
Taxi Titan reserves the right to:
- Refund passengers
- Reverse payments
- Deduct disputed amounts where appropriate
8. Customer Complaints
Operators must cooperate fully with complaint investigations.
Taxi Titan reserves the right to:
- Suspend operators
- Remove drivers
- Reject future bookings
- Share complaint information with authorities where legally required
9. Prohibited Conduct
Operators must not:
- Mislead customers
- Use abusive language
- Overcharge passengers unlawfully
- Share confidential customer information
- Attempt to bypass Taxi Titan systems
- Damage Taxi Titan’s brand reputation
- Use fraudulent activity
- Manipulate pricing dishonestly
- Use unlicensed drivers or vehicles
Serious breaches may result in immediate termination.
10. Branding & Intellectual Property
All Taxi Titan branding, logos, websites, marketing materials, and systems remain the exclusive property of Taxi Titan.
Operators may not:
- Copy branding
- Claim ownership
- Use Taxi Titan trademarks without permission
11. Data Protection
Operators agree to comply with all applicable privacy and data protection laws.
Customer data shared through Taxi Titan:
- Must only be used for completing bookings
- Must not be sold or reused unlawfully
- Must be protected against unauthorized access
12. Limitation of Liability
Taxi Titan shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits
- Driver disputes
- Regulatory penalties
- Customer misconduct
- Vehicle accidents
- Delays caused by traffic or third parties
- Indirect or consequential losses
Operators accept bookings at their own commercial risk.
13. Indemnity
Operators agree to indemnify and hold harmless Taxi Titan against:
- Claims
- Regulatory actions
- Driver disputes
- Passenger claims
- Fines
- Damages
- Legal costs
arising from the Operator’s services, drivers, vehicles, or legal breaches.
14. Suspension & Termination
Taxi Titan may suspend or terminate access immediately if:
- Laws are breached
- Licences expire
- Customer safety concerns arise
- Fraud is suspected
- Payments remain unpaid
- Reputation damage occurs
Operators may stop working with Taxi Titan at any time unless otherwise agreed contractually.
15. Service Availability
Taxi Titan does not guarantee uninterrupted:
- Website access
- Dispatch connectivity
- Phone systems
- API functionality
- App availability
Temporary outages and maintenance may occur.
16. Amendments
Taxi Titan may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
17. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Taxi Titan operates or is registered.
