Operator Terms & Partnership Standards

1. Operator Relationship

TaxiTitan365 operates as a transport demand generation and operator partnership platform connecting passengers with independent licensed operators. Operators remain fully independent businesses and are not employees, agents, franchises, or representatives of TaxiTitan365.

2. Operator Responsibilities

All operators participating within the TaxiTitan365 network agree to:

• • Maintain valid operator licensing and regulatory approvals
• • Ensure all drivers are legally licensed and vetted
• • Maintain safe, roadworthy, and insured vehicles
• • Provide professional customer service standards
• • Handle bookings responsibly and lawfully
• • Comply with all local authority and transport regulations

3. Booking Allocation

TaxiTitan365 may distribute bookings based on service coverage, availability, operational reliability, pricing structures, customer experience standards, and network requirements. TaxiTitan365 does not guarantee minimum booking volumes or revenue levels.

4. Payment Structures

TaxiTitan365 may operate using multiple commercial structures including:

• • Revenue sharing agreements

• • Operator partnership agreements

Depending on booking type and operator agreement, customers may either pay operators directly or use payment methods facilitated through TaxiTitan365 systems.

5. Driver & Vehicle Standards

Operators are expected to maintain professional standards across all journeys including:

• • Clean and presentable vehicles
• • Professional driver conduct
• • Punctual pickups and journey completion
• • Appropriate passenger communication
• • Compliance with local licensing conditions

6. Prohibited Conduct

Operators and drivers must not:

• • Mislead customers or manipulate pricing dishonestly
• • Use unlicensed drivers or vehicles
• • Damage TaxiTitan365 brand reputation
• • Share or misuse customer information unlawfully
• • Engage in abusive, threatening, or fraudulent behaviour
• • Attempt to bypass agreed booking arrangements

7. Suspension & Removal

TaxiTitan365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently remove operators from the network where operational issues, regulatory concerns, fraud risks, customer complaints, unpaid balances, or reputational concerns arise.

8. Liability

Operators remain fully responsible for their drivers, vehicles, passenger safety, insurance, licensing, and compliance obligations. TaxiTitan365 shall not be liable for operational disputes, vehicle incidents, regulatory actions, driver conduct, or indirect business losses arising from operator activity.

9. Amendments

TaxiTitan365 may update these Operator Terms periodically. Continued participation within the TaxiTitan365 network constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
